Personalised Wheel Covers - One Or Two Colours

Our cut vinyl wheel covers are a simple way to design an effective, on budget, long lasting wheel cover that is perfect for businesses. Cut vinyl (in one or two colours) is applied to the hard moulded disk utilising top quality vinyl (which does not fade in the way that printed vinyl can) for a more extensive life span of the design.

The design can include up to 18 words with a minimum letter height of 20mm. For smaller lettering or a design with fine detailed images the printed wheel cover is a better option, as cut vinyl with smaller lettering can be fiddly and less effective from a design point of view. At WheelCover.com, we can print your designs onto our soft covers. The designs can be single colour text on a background of any colour but can be full colour as required. Cost depends on tyre size and whether or not you can provide ready to print artwork.

Soft covers are individual made onsite to any tyre size

Screen printing is a cost effective option when at least 25 identical wheel covers are required - in most cases this option is exclusively offered to trade customers. Screen printed designs can be one or two colours, they can have fine lines but cannot have shading or tones. While the designs may appear simpler, the results will still pack an impact.

As we manufacture the soft wheel covers in our own workshops, the screen printed fabric covers can be crafted to any size. Fabric colours include Black, Grey, Barley, Navy, Green, Brown,Wine and Royal Blue but for orders of a larger quantity, we can buy in other colours to help us achieve your desired finish; just let us what you need! The print can be in one or two colours - we will use quality vinyl that supports the longevity of the design.
